I agree with with almost everything you are saying.

I might challenge the productization bit.

It's hard but not impossible on the service level as well.

For example, in selling Design Sprints - the outcome is bespoke but the process and the price can be fixed.

BTW I'm super stoked to see another fellow designer that is sharing info on freelance design.
