Hey Liam,
I believe most of us will give in because to really ‘switch off’ you have to be very deliberate in crafting your daily routine.
Our default environment is full or work-related triggers especially when you work as a digital designer. We use our working tools (computers, phones, tablets) to relax & decompress. Often we even use the same environment if you work from home. This makes ‘switch off’ extremely difficult.
Switching off should be a must as washing your hands before dinner. But in order to do it, we need to make it satisfying and low fraction as watching the next Youtube video on the queue. And this will be a challenge.
