Carrd Portfolio: Still The Most Simple and Affordable Portfolio in 2024
Hey, it’s been a while…
Two years ago, I wrote about switching to Carrd for my portfolio. Since then, I’ve created more templates based on what I’ve learned.
Why I Still Use Carrd for My Portfolio
I’ve tested every major portfolio platform. Squarespace. Webflow. WordPress. Even with all it’s limitations I keep coming back to Carrd. The platform costs $19 per year and does what I need.
My Carrd portfolio has helped me land multiple five-figure clients. No fancy features needed.
What Are Carrd Portfolio Templates?
Carrd takes time to learn. I made templates to help with that. My collection now includes:
- Creative Folio — 3-column grid with project pages
- Product Folio — 2-column grid with project pages
- Case Folio — Space for detailed case studies
- One Page Folio — A single page for your work
Not very creative names, I know.
The Setup Process
These templates handle the technical parts:
- The basic structure is ready
- Mobile layout works
- Loading speed is optimized
- Everything’s in the right place
- You need to change a few text and image
Who Uses Carrd Portfolios?
I see these being used by:
- Small agencies
- Freelancers
- Designers
- Creatives
A Note About Portfolios
Most portfolios sit unused between job searches. Carrd costs less than one month than other platforms. It simply works.
Your work speaks louder than any design. Clear beats complex. That’s what these templates do.
The templates are here if you need them CarrdPortfolio.com.
